Treatise by [William Bird.] Manuscript note by Arthur Vicars that this is in the hand of Scipio Lesquire. For confirmation see Bulletin of the John Rylands Library, 23 (1939), 228. A few notes by Peter Le Neve, the herald, one of which states that much of the manuscript is printed in Blome's edition of Guillim's Heraldry, 1679.
